My Philosophy:

 We can learn from kids just as much as they learn from us. Think about it; Adam:27, Kids:0-5, Earth:4.5 billion... We're equally matched.

My Experience:

April'07-April'08: First year as a parent.  Resigned from career in TeleCom to raise our infant son.  Gained an appreciation for childcare. 

April'08-Jan'09: One year down. Second son due in June. Started research on opening family childcare to have friends for the boys and to recoup lost income.

Jan'09-Aug'09: Hunter became our boys' first full-time buddy.  I met lots of great caregivers/mentors while navigating the DPW certification process.

Aug'09-Present: Earned DPW cert. Launched dipes2desks.com.  Working to provide parents with concise information about childcare providers.

My Education:

2001: Graduated from West York High School

2002: Finished freshman year as a Dean's List student at Kutztown University.

2009: Completed 20-hour "Connections" class through Child Care Consultants.

2010: Completed 8-hour "P.A.C.E" program for improving child care environment.
